The Reisen guys are very friendly and communicative. Great flexibility, good car at a reasonable price; very straightforward to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Hired a Suzuki Vitara for two days to explore Crete. The car was as good as new and very fresh. The car rental was really nice and showed and highlighted on a map of things you do not want to miss seeing!Highly recommend this company, fast and pleasant service.

Great service and reasonable prices! The car was brought to the Villas we stayed at and returning it to the airport in the middle of the night was not a problem. The car rental guys gave us some great tips where to drive to enjoy some nice beaches and wineries.

Kostas and crew from Reisenrental Chania are true experts in the rentacar business. For the 4th time in a row we hired several cars and never had any problems with the cars or the company. The cars are always very clean and new, no technical problems or anything. We will rent again next time and strongly recommand that you do too. 😉 Sas evcharistoume poly!

Lovely new car, took about 10 minutes to arrive. Took collection in Chania town and dropped it off at the airport right opposite the entrance to departures. Someone damaged the car wheel arch and put a scratch on the back while it was parked one night in the Old Town. We asked the guys at Reisen to come and look at the damage so we would know how much we would get charged, but they told us it was only small damage and there would be no cost to us! They were completely straight forward and trusting.
